Safety in numbers
The Van Buren Township Public Safety Department awards ceremony took place recently to honor the men and women of the police and fire departments. More than 100 awards were given including firefighter of the year, police officer of the year and civilian employee of the year. Some pictured are: Ofc. Adam Byrd, Capt.
