Girls’ Night Out planned
A Girls Only Camp Out is planned to begin at 5:30 p.m. Aug. 13 at Preservation Park in Canton.
Mothers, daughters and friends are invited to pitch a tent and enjoy several activities, include scavenger hunts, crafts and games. They will cook over a camp fire and enjoy a gourmet s’mores station.
Participants may begin pitching tents as early as 3 p.m. Fee for the event, for Canton residents, is $20 per tent and $25 for non-residents. Pre-registration is required.
Preservation Park is located at 500 Ridge Road in Canton.
