How do I send the information? Top
Send your press release or all relevant information in the body of an e-mail to . Remember to include the name of the group hosting the event, the location, time/date and the cost to attend or participate. No PDF or Word attachments, please.

Does it cost anything to list an event? Top
There is currently no charge to list an event here, as long is there is a legitimate community interest.

Can I send multiple events in the same e-mail? Top
Yes, but please include clear and separate descriptions if the events are not on the same day.

How soon should I e-mail the information? Top
Listings are updated continually, but send listings at least two weeks in advance.

Will you proofread the listing or contact me before posting my event? Top
No. The Journal Newspapers is not obligated to research, proofread or follow-up on postings to this online calendar.

My event information has changed. What do I do? Top
We can make reasonable user-submitted corrections/updates or remove an event if the new information is sent by the last workday before the event.

Will you post my weekly/monthly event? Top
Yes, we will post events such as group meetings, please still send information on a regular basis.

I want my event in the newspaper, too. What should I do? Top
Listings in our local newspapers are overseen by individual writers. Please send community-specific events to the appropriate e-mail address:
