BEDARD, Marjorie June, December 20, 2007, age 86 of Wayne. Beloved wife of the late Donald for 57 years. Devoted mother of Judy (RA), Michael (Bonnie), Herbert and mary (Christian). Loving grandmother of Andrew and Brian. She was a dedicated teacher in the Wayne-Westland school system for many years. Her humor, kindness and gentle nature gave joy to all that knew her. POWELL, Christine, age 83 of Romulus, died Dec. 19, 2007. Dear mother of Randall C. and Sharon L. Powell. She was preceded in passing by her husband Clayton B. Powell and sister margaret F. ROULO, Ralph Bernard, 82, of Manchester passed away December 17, 2007 at his home under the care of his children.
He was born on March 8, 1925 in Belleville, MI to James and Kathryn (Riggs) Roulo.
He graduated from Wayne High in 1942.
He served his country during WWII in the European Theatre. He was awarded the Purple Heart and numerous other medals. Before his deployment overseas, he married Myrtie McCabe in Sante Fe, NM in 1944. She survives. He was a Master Electrician, licensed contractor and owner of Roulo Electric following retirement from the electric shop at Eloise in Wayne County. He was a member of the IBEW, the Knights of Columbus and the American Legion.
Besides his wife, he is survived by his children: Joy and LeRoy Felan of Tecumseh, MI, Gloria Roulo and David Kingsbury of Brooklyn, MI, Bernard and marlene Roulo of Brooklyn, MI, and Bradley and Paulette Roulo of Adrian, MI; 12 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; sister-in-law Lorraine Roulo of Pinckney; many nieces and nephews; and life long friends, Bob and Athy Plagens of Wayne, MI.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his brothers, Anthony and Martin. Cremation rites were accorded.
