DOUGLAS, Eugene
Eugene “Bumper” Douglas, 57, of Inkster, died July 7.
Among his survivors are his mother, Ethel Morgan; his father, James Fowler, brothers, Gregory “Sonny” Douglas and Michael Morgan; his children, Adrienne Cooper, Francetta Leslie, Tracy Reese, Driea Snow and Eugene Jones; nine grandchildren, and two godchildren.
Mr. Douglas retired from the Rouge Steel Plan after 39 years of employment. He worked at the Stardust Lounge for 25 years.
Funeral services were at the Smith Chapel AME Church.
Interment was at Knollwood Cemetery in Canton Township.
Arrangements were entrusted to the Penn Funeral Home in Inkster.
