FeedsSidewalk sales start tomorrow
Bargain hunters, your time has arrived.
The annual Downtown Plymouth Sidewalk Sale is planned for 9 a.m. until 9 p.m. tomorrow and from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. on Saturday.
According to Teri Fry of the Plymouth Chamber of Commerce, this is the time to find some real bargains on summer merchandise.
“This is the time of the year when the merchants are clearing out the summer and spring merchandise to make room for fall and winter,” she said.
This is about the 14th year for the sales, Fry said, and the businesses seem to enjoy a boon during the sale. The chamber publicizes the event and most of the city businesses participate in some way.
“They each do things on their own, in their own way,” Fry said.
There is no set discount or special that each store is offering.
“There are bargains, though,” she said.
Among those participating this year with special discounts and bargains are Basket Kreations, Bella Mia, Brass and Iron Bed Shop, Candy Trail, Delta Diamond Setters and Jewelers, Eclectic Attic, Frameworks, GiGi’s Mode, Hands on Leather, Haven, Home Sweet Home, Jill Andra Young Photography, Kemnitz Fine Candies, Maggie & Me, Magnolia-A Fresh Flower Market, Merle Norman, Old World Olive Press, Penniman Gallery, RSVP, Sideways, Sun & Snow, Sweets 21, TranquiliTea and Wilcox Consignment.
