A by-product of the smoking ban

It’s June 15 and most restaurants and bars in Michigan are still smoke free.
There’s been a mixed reaction to the smoking ban that went into effect relatively recently. Many bar owners have said it hasn’t impacted their bottom line, while others have protested the governmental intrusion on their businesses.
As I walked down the street earlier today, I noticed one bar owner had inadvertently come up with a new product in the wake of new law.
I call it: Used Tobacco Soup. The recipe is actually pretty easy to follow.
Used Tobacco Soup
Ingredients:
One (or more) five gallon pickle bucket
137 cigarette butts
3 cigar ends, vigorously chewed and saliva-sodden
2 quarts rain water
Step one:
Place cigarette butts and damp cigar ends in bucket, either all at once or during a period of several hours
Step two:
Apply rain water. Note: Tap water or bottled water can be substituted in the event of dry spells.
Step three:
Mix. Set aside to allow flavors to mingle. Drop in additional butts if desired.
Step four:
Serve warm or chilled.
