On the Agenda: NOT Best Buy

Don’t get the wrong idea if you happen to glance at the July 16 meeting agenda for the Canton Planning Commission.

Yes, it includes the Best Buy project, but only as an item for staff referral. That’s a formality in which the commissioners vote to allow township planning staff to review project plans with a developer.

So, no one will actually be talking about the project on Monday. The site plans are available for anyone to review at the township, though.

What will the commission be talking about? A cell phone tower and site plan revisions for a National City bank near Warren and Canton Center.
